Together, we’ll co-create goals and habits, identifying and building up the areas which are most likely to nourish your wellbeing.

- We’ll perform an audit of what’s not working as well as it can be within your life
- I’ll help you identify key pathways to help you get back on track
- You’ll pick the one area you’d like to work on
- Together through my guidance and support, we’ll co-create goals and work through any barriers so that you leave this session with a personalised plan that leaves you motivated to action.
Midlife Reset
5 coaching sessions
over 12 weeks
£350
Within the Midlife Reset Plan;
- We will conduct a 75-minute consultation and audit what’s not working as well as it can be in your life
- I’ll help you identify key pathways to help you get back on track
- You’ll choose the areas you’d like to work on
- Together through my guidance and support, we’ll co-create goals and work through any barriers so that you leave this session with a personalised plan that leaves you motivated to action.
Ongoing support
- 4 x 45 minute review sessions
- During each of our review sessions, we can reflect on your goals and whether anything new has popped up to explore. It allows you to leave each session energised and focused to create lasting habits of change.
